Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll take care of the boring things like paperwork. After you sign the contract and pay the retainer, your date if officially secured in my calendar!

For most regular sessions, I typically deliver 60+ and for weddings you can expect around 70-100 images per hour - but I never leave anything good out. Every wedding/session is different than the last, so my numbers are always changing! I promise not to leave out anything that I know you’ll want to have.
How many images will we receive?
There are a few great reasons! First, having a second person with me helps me to be in two places at once - like, when the bride and groom get ready in two different places or getting another angle of the first kiss. Secondly, I think backups are important. Having a second professional around helps me ensure that even if something unexpected happens, your memories are still being captured and protected.
what's the point of a second photographer?
Lucky for you, that’s my job! When we’re working together, I’m always going to help you with prompts and giving you silly things to do together.
We’re not really photo people. Can you help us to not feel awkward in front of the camera?
Yes! For weddings, up to 2 hours of travel outside of Lincoln is included. For all other sessions (including engagement), the first 50 miles of travel are included. After this, my travel fee is $0.60/mile. We can discuss other travel costs on an individual basis!
Do you travel for weddings?
I would describe my style as true to color and natural. While it’s a huge part of my job to help you feel at ease and guide you, on a wedding day it’s my main priority to capture the moments as they unfold. No two wedding days ever fit the same mold, which makes the photos so much more special, both to me and to you!
What is your shooting and editing style?
Leading up to the wedding, we could contact her all hours of the day with any questions or updates we had and was so helpful with anything we needed. The pictures turned out timeless and stunning, and she was so flexible and great to work with. She was fantastic at directing people on our wedding day and even let US take a picture with her camera! She helped make our day so wonderful and we were so lucky to work with her. I've worked with Averie for over 5 years now and it's been amazing to see her growth and how amazing she has become! We'll use Averie for many more years to come!
